Midwest Golf & Turf Acquires Certain Assets of Michigan Tournament Fleet
CINCINNATI, Ohio (September 1, 2014)—Officials at Midwest Golf & Turf and Michigan Tournament Fleet today announced that Midwest Golf & Turf has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets and operations of Michigan Tournament Fleet's Commerce Township dealership. Midwest will move its Detroit operations into Michigan Tournament Fleet's location to serve its Eastern Michigan customers.
Chris Dirksing, Chairman of Midwest Golf & Turf, stated: “The acquisition of Michigan Tournament Fleet made a lot sense for both companies. Midwest wanted to expand its service capabilities in Eastern Michigan and Michigan Tournament Fleet is widely recognized as the best dealership in that area."
